He has accumulated over 23 years of experience managing establishments such as ChinChin, Mulan Cascade, Golden Buddha, and Moto Asian Cuisine Additionally, Evan obtained ownership over Mulan Cascade for the last 8 years. Known for his strong communication skills, effective leadership style, and adept problem-solving abilities. Evan is a respected figure in his workplace, and he has excelled in his business endeavors.

Ivan Raintung is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and martial arts industries. Over the years, he has progressed from being a restaurant manager to becoming the owner of several establishments, including Mulan Cascade, Moto Asian Cuisine, and the rebranded Tiki Thai (formerly ChinChin). With over 21 years of involvement in the restaurant field, Ivan has demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills, making him a powerful force in the workplace. In addition to his restaurant ventures, Ivan also owns a martial arts gym, Prime Combat Sports.

Erny Liauw is a knowledgeable real estate agent who, in addition to her real estate business, is also a successful restaurant owner. With years of experience in restaurant management, Erny has gained ownership of Mulan Cascade, Moto Asian Cuisine, and Tiki Thai. In these business ventures, she has collaborated with Ivan Raintung and Johannes Evan, resulting in a highly successful enterprise. Erny is not only a talented businesswoman, but she also has over 8 years of experience in banking and 5 years in finance and accounting. She is exceptionally versatile in her knowledge, which greatly enhances her effectiveness as a businesswoman and a real estate agent.
